  • Generate carousels, infographics, and social media posts
  • Create content from voice notes using AI
  • Generate short-form videos with AI voiceover
  • Access these features via web application or browser extension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Registration and Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account or transfer it to another person
  • One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. User Content

"User Content" means any content you submit to the Services, including URLs, text, voice recordings, and other materials.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content
  • You grant us a license to use your User Content to provide the Services
  • You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by us, are owned by SeptHQ and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain all rights to your original User Content. For AI-generated output, you own the content you create using our Services, subject to the rights of any third-party source materials.

Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our Services may be used by us without any obligation to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence, including Google Gemini, to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use
  • Similar outputs may be generated for different users based on similar inputs
  • We do not guarantee the uniqueness of AI-generated content
  • You should not rely on AI-generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
  • Use automated means to access the Services without our permission
  • Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions

8. Fees and Payment

  • Credits: Our Services operate on a credit-based system. Each generation consumes credits based on the content type.
  • Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: Credits and subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Price Changes: We may change our prices with 30 days' notice.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

SeptHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeptHQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
  • We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
